Recently downloaded updated version of GL Golf Deluxe. Trying to purchase course pack 6 for iphone. When I click on it nothing happens! I enjoy playing the game, like the new upgrades. Thanks
Looks like Apple forgot to review the in-app purchase along with the update! I’ve submitted it for review so keep checking every few days, sometimes Apple is quick and does it in a few days but sometimes they are slow and can take a week or longer. Sorry about the wait, enjoy the other update improvements while you wait!
Downloaded the new update and am trying to purchase Golf Pack 4. However, when I click on Purchase Golf Pack 4, I get a message box asking me to confirm that I want to purchase Golf Pack 3. I already purchased Golf Packs 1 & 3 and now I want the new pack just added. Please help.

With the update, the submit score feature freezes the program.
Can anyone else confirm or dispute this? We tested the last course on both an iPhone and iPad before submitting to Apple and the submit score buttons didn’t freeze our devices
Try St. Andrew’s Jubilee using a Mac with the new OS.
I just did it with St. Andrew’s Jubilee and the screen froze. I am using a Mac with the newly released OS. After screen freeze, you need to exit GL Golf and start it back up again.
I’ll keep an eye on this the next time I play a round on the Mac
I have update to version 2.380 but I can’t purchase the Course Pack6. I click on it and it does nothing and won’t access the app store.

I recently installed update for Golf GL Lite. The notification on iTunes still remains there and will not disappear. It shows that the update has been installed.So everytime I received notification of updates for apps, there is it being annoying. I have deleted Golf GL Lite from my Ipad and iTunes but it remains there a stubborn as you like. How can it be removed please?

This usually happens when an app was purchased with another iTunes account, try logging in as any other account you may have used and deleting or updating it. Unfortunately we don’t offer support for iTunes and Apple’s app organization/management, just actual GL Golf Lite issues

Try deleting it from the Applications folder, searching your hard drive for GL Golf and deleting, then restarting,
Still unable to complete purchase for Golf Pack 4 released with latest update. App Store wants a confirmation on the Purchase of Golf Pack 3.

Purchased GL Golf for iPad. How do you get your name entered in the game? Am using the latest iPad with the latest iOS.
After you finish a round the text field next to the submit score button will become active and you can enter your name

I guess we are still waiting for the approval of Golf Pack 4 for 2.38 for Mac. I am no longer to have my scores recorded in 2.38 for Mac. Should I uninstall GL Golf and re-install it?
Yes, unfortunately Apple rejected 2.381 which fixes pack 4. Resubmitting tomorrow morning, review time should be quicker this time around. Are you talking local scores or online scores? Reinstalling may help

How do I delete this from my Mac?
Simply move the GL Golf program from your applications to trash and you’re all set
I downloaded the update for GL Lite on my iMac. Where I had 6 holes before, now there is only 1, the 18th hole. Suggestions?

I installed the 2.381 version on my MAC and will not appear nor the player’s score card data. The score card is enabled and only shows its outline, the distance data, type of golf club etc are not visible, have also changed the color of the text and nothing.
Have also reinstalled and restarted the note and yet still not appearing.
What to do?
Unfortunately I think something in the new version killed compatibility with 10.6.8. You can use an older version for now if you’d like at https://nuclearnova.com/glgolfupdate/ , or upgrade to Mac OS 10.8. If either of those don’t work this will be fixed in October with the next release of GL Golf. Sorry about the hassle,
Rolling along no problem with update, had already purchased all available clubs and courses and now suddenly on sept 3, my app won’t open, I have the original iPad, bought all the courses, have spent 30-40 dollars on your app, I like it a lot but what’s the deal now? Main screen comes on and then it kicks me out, none of my other apps are doing this, I’m an old guy so most of this is confusing, but I’m worried it has something to do with older iPad?
I would try restarting your iPad, making sure you iOS is up to date, then quiting Nova Golf and everything else from the multitasking menu, and see if that helps. How long does it wait after the main screen comes up to kick you out?
5seconds.main screen comes up but no options. Blank green screen. Tried that other stuff already.
I think you’re going to have to delete/reinstall GL Golf than, as long as you use the same iTunes account you shouldn’t be charged twice for either the game or in-app purchases
Plagued by the same problem. Green screen with no details shuts down without opening properly.Have reinstalled app 3 times recently (losing all stored scores)

The new update works on my iPad, but not on my iPhone; on the latter, only the top of the first screen displays for a few seconds, and then the file crashes.
I’m not sure why, it is working on all of my iOS 6 devices. Try to quit all background apps running, instructions here – http://ipod.about.com/od/iphonetroubleshooting/qt/quit_iphone_app.htm . Now turn your device off and back on. If all of those things do not help you, you may need to re-download the app. Delete your game and then re-download it from the app store. You won’t be charged twice for the app or any of the in-app purchases as long as you are using the same iTunes account and already have downloaded them before. Mulligans are an exception to this since they are consumable. Let me know if this still doesn’t help you,
I have had exactly the same problem. Running on iPhone 3gs, your recent upgrade does not work. I get the front screen for about 5 seconds, then app disappears. I have un-installed, turned off power and done all the things you suggest – still no joy.
Which coursepack is bethpage black in?
Course pack 4 for the Mac, on iOS it’s on the Course Pack 6, on iOS Deluxe Course Pack 5. All the courses should be listed by the packs
