Course Description

GL Classic: Difficulty: 1/5
When GL Golf was released for the uDevgame 2003 competition, it featured this course and won the Editor's Choice. Simple and fun to play, this quaint course invites the player to a relaxing round of golf.

Breakers Coast: Difficulty 3/5
Breaker's Coast is both unique and challenging, giving a wide variety of playing experience. While some holes are easily mastered, others require a skill and a keen eye to make par.

Rattlesnake: Difficulty: 4/5
Set in the heart of a Nevada desert, this course sports a lot of sand. Being able to accurately pitch and land drives on the fairway are key elements to this course.

Morrowsfield: Difficulty 3/5
A course set in the English countryside, this one is easy going and has plenty of sand traps. While accommodating avid golfers with its hills and bunker placements, this course doesn't scare away the beginners either.

Isle West: Difficulty 5/5
A haven for seniors, this Florida Keys course teaches you club distance and accuracy...fast. Because of the sparse availability of dry land in this locale, the pro shop only rents boats. Stay high and dry, look for the occasional shortcut.

San Jacinto: Difficulty: 2/5
San Jack is a relaxed course suitable for many beginners. More advanced golfers will appreciate its straightforward layout, and even welcome it as a break from the more mountainous courses.

Rocky Grove: Difficulty: 5/5
Set in the rugged Arkansas foothills, Rocky Grove sets a new standard for longtime players. Designed for more advanced golfers, the course gives the player cliffs and steep lies to deal with.

Winding Meadows: Difficulty: 3/5
Winding Meadows golf course features a wide variety of twisting holes. Golfers may choose to follow the twisting fairways or find a shortcut in the rough

Iron Wood: Difficulty: 1/5
Iron Wood is a classic 9 hole par 3 course that will test your long distance chipping skills. Created for beginners but challenging enough for the pros

Rocky Coast: 3/5
Rocky Coast is one of the most respected golf courses in the world. This is the perfect course for the distinguished golfer who is ready to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Augusta: Difficulty 5/5
Home to the Masters tournament, Augusta National is considered one of the finest courses in the world today. With its tight lies and well placed bunkers, this seemingly mild course earns the respect of even the most avid golfer.

Emerald Greens: Difficulty 4/5
Emerald Greens - This course is ideal for the amateur golfer looking for a reliable course. Several holes require setting up for second shots instead of long drives, and there are relatively few difficult shots to master.

Moroccan Links: Difficulty 4/5
Moroccan Links - If one were to carve a decent golf course in a harsh landscape, this might be what they come up with. Long, open fairways, unforgiving greens, and sand that comes to meet you halfway make this a challenging course for the short club game.

St. Andrew's New Course: Difficulty 2/5
St. Andrew's New Course - Set in Scotland, the home of golf itself, St. Andrews New Course is some of the best golf the Old World has to offer. Despite being about 100 years old, the 'New Course' boasts challenging fairways and deep bunkers.

Isle South: Difficulty 5/5
Located in sunny Florida, Isle South is the sister course of Isle West. Perhaps even more challenging than West, South features much of the same watery hazards to test the seasoned pro.

Lakeside Municipal: Difficulty 2/5
Carved out of annexed public property, Lakeside Municipal boasts a front 9 suited to tutor beginners, and a back 9 geared for more seasoned golfers. Each of the front holes stresses some point such as laying up before a water hazard or dealing with terrain features, while the back 9 puts it all together for a challenge.

St. Andrew's Jubilee: Difficulty 2/5
Originally only a 12 hole course, the Jubilee was extended to a full 18 in 1905. Today it still gives golfers a grueling test with its challenging landscape and bunkers, and provides some picturesque views of the Scottish coastline.

Snowflake Ridge: Difficulty 4/5
This 9 hole northern course is known for it's frigid weather, steep landscaping, and twisted holes. Try to stay out of the snow and on the cleared grass or you could find yourself with a very bad lie on this challenging course

Ashdown Country Club: Difficulty 5/5
Set in the hills of Arkansas, this is a tough course for more advanced players, requiring careful shot planning and heavy long game strategy.

Beauregard Country Club: Difficulty 1/5
Set in the suburbs of DeRidder, La., Beauregard Country Club is a haven for the local residents and sparsely populated area surrounding it. Catering to beginners and intermediate players, the course provides a relaxing round of golf to both the youth learning the game, and the local doctors and businessmen on their lunch break.

Ravenswood: Difficulty 4/5
Ravenswood provides a challenging round for the advanced golfer, featuring varied terrain and menacing greens. Layups and careful shot strategy are a necessity for the long game here, while the short game will require good control and shot placement in order to stick the par 3's.

Torrey Pines South: Difficulty 3/5
Built in 1957, this seaside course is the home of the Buick Invitational held every February. Its scenic views, varying weather conditions, and engaging design make it a pleasure for any golfer to play.

Grand Lake: Difficulty 5/5
Set on the shores of a southeastern lake, Grandlake offers a variety of landscapes and challenges for the more seasoned golfer. Not being afraid to take chances here can yield great rewards, but the cautious will prevail on this course

Badger Pass: Difficulty 5/5
This mole hill of a course will provide a good challenge for practiced golfers, and some good lessons for novice and intermediate level players. A full skill set will be required to climb, and descend, this mountain pass.

Oakmont Country Club: Difficulty 2/5
Oakmont Country Club boasts a dry and sandy course situated in the American Northeast. While there are some holes which will prove interesting to more seasoned golfers, this course provides a proving ground for beginners and intermediate golfers.

Blind Man's Bluff: Difficulty 4/5
A collection of tumultuous hills, Blind Man's Bluff offers a conglomeration of holes which will challenge the pros. Set in some fairly rough terrain, the Bluff pits itself against you with difficult tactical decisions for both the long and short games.

The Big Easy: Difficulty 2/5
Its been a tough year, so lets start 2010 on mellow note. Featuring wide fairways, and expansive greens, this course will provide more than adequate putting practice.
