I know I have become a public nuisance, but I promise this is my last suggestion.

Thanks for the reposponse to the crowd-noise issue, by the way.

I have one more suggestion, based, I assure you, upon my own lamentable experience.

You need to find a way to have us "top" the ball. I surmise that it might be done with the "distance bar". If the player exceeds his allowed limit in the attempt to to blast the ball, instead of sending him back to the beginning, punish him (us) with the phenomenon of having topped the ball. (This penalty should only be applied with the slowed-down bar, however, inasmuch as the present speed is just too hard to control.)

Topping the damn ball is really an important part of the quintessential golf experience.

Actually in this next version if you go over the top on the power bar the ball will be less accurate, up to about 5 degrees off of the target. If you just fail to press the space bar, nothing happens and you are allowed to retry. That probably won't change because I would frustrate far to many golfers if they were topping the ball so often. I'll see if I can find a way to add topping of the ball to the game without causing too many problems
