Jake,
Rocky Coast, hole ten off the T, straight toward the flag, hits another tree that isn't there.
Your latest update did not fix this indiscriminate phenomenon.

JAKE, I'M STILL HITTING TREES THAT AREN'T THERE. THIS TIME STRAIGHT AHEAD ON SAN JACINTO, HOLE # 11. THE TREE IS A BIG SUCKER BECAUSE I HIT IT MOVING FAIRLY FAR EITHER RIGHT OR LEFT. APPARENTLY THIS SORT OF THING OCCURS AT RANDOM. IS'NT THERE ANY WAY TO "SURVEY" YOUR COURSES AND ELIMINATE THESE FREA...

Re: GRAND LAKE
Uh, Jake: I couldln't replicate the exact position - it was way to the left, not on the fairway, and this time all the trees were there when I went to go over some bushes. My GL Golf "edit" in the menu bar does not permite cut, paste, delete, etc. So I don't know how I'd send you a screenshot. More ...

Re: BADGER PASS
Mr. Jake, I know not how to go about this except to reply to myself. I played the entire Badger monstrosity once more and found not one error. Maybe your thread-removal was the cause of the correction. At any rate, all the trees were duly there, bless their pea-pickin' little leaves. Now, in another...

Re: BADGER PASS
Yes it is strange - I don't recall the problem showing up on the previous plays.
I'll play again and keep notes on which holes the situations occur - there were at least three.
Who knows, maybe it was those extra threads.

BADGER PASS
On almost every hole, I hit trees that arent' there.
Please correct or eliminate this course. It's difficult enough as it is.
If Jake is still in charge, I'd like to know about it.
Otherwise, I'm not going to continue subscribing to further courses.

Re: GL Golf Beta Program
Jake, as per instructed, I hope, I've never extactly known whether or not I'm in the right place. To me a thread is something my wife crochets with, and a link is a piece of wire in a fence. I have now played all of the new monster course and, except for that which I mentioned before, I've noticed n...

New Course 2.22
Jake, the mad: Well, I have not had any balls pass through hills. Maybe I'm just unfortunate. I have had the "now-you-see-it-now-you-don't" on some greens - namely hole 13. Badger Pass is a misnomer. It should be called the "Marquis de Sade Links." Surely, there is nothing that actually exists at th...

Re: DONE GOT THE JITTERS
My God !!! Who, the hell is "Buy Dofus Kamas?" I don't think that even in modern English courses one could encounter such gibberish. If I even thought I could write like that I'd commit harakiri first. From now on any gibberish I might utter must be construed as eminently sane. I empathize with what...

Re: MISSING INFORMATION
Boyo, Thanks for checking. I don't know what's going on, but I'll keep track from now on. As for the "3 tap swing" feature, all I get is a return to the ball over and over again, and no strike on the third swing. Maybe I don't understand how to use it. It doesn't really matter because I'll never use...

MISSING INFORMATION
:? Hello Jake, I think I may have found my first bug in 2.19: On the course "Isle West" there are approximately five holes that do not show the value of the shot just made, i.e., whether eagle, birdie, or par. I'm sorry I didn't keep track of the holes, but at first I just thought it was a fluke. It...

ONCE MORE, I CAST MY BREAD
Jake, oh Jake! Why not set a precedent and accommodate my request just once. (subtle sarcasm) I have the perfect solution for that foul Fall season that keeps creeping up on me when I'm not alert. Notice: I have never been known to be particulary alert in a now fairly long lifetime. When you do the ...

Re: QUAINT IDEA
Dear Jake, I hate it when somebody squelches my ideas with reasonable answers. Besides, I admitted my concept was dumb. Why? Because I knew I couldn't make it work. So nu! As for "redmelons," I'll have you know that Jake will avow I am his greatest asset. (He might leave the "et" off that - so don't...

QUAINT IDEA
Dear Jake, Here I am again with a suggestion that probably has little merit, but never have I been accused of the temerity to ask. Thus I proceed with my latest brainstorm (borne of dire necessity when it comes to striking the ball in many circumstances, not necessarily within the bounds of my dubio...

Beta 2.19 initial report
Okay, Jake: Can't get the three-tap swing system to work. (I have only tried Normal and Pro, slow and full Speed Power bar, on Breaker's Point). No sweat - it's meaningless to me anyway, but I thought you ought to know the "problem" I ran into. The 60 ft putter addition is great. Before, I often got...

Re: SHOULD HAVE ASKED BEFORE DEPT.
Thanks, Mr. Jake. Dummy here had it just the opposite! I didn't think it looked uphill. No wonder my shots were going awry. I use the spin way too much and coudn't figure out why I was have to resort to the spin when shooting uphill. Not being exactly a physicist nonpareil, to me vertical didn't wor...

SHOULD HAVE ASKED BEFORE DEPT.
Mr. Jake, There is an item in the information box that reads "Vert." I've never understood how to take advantage of it - every time I try, I seem to screw up - choosing a "higher" club, then having to use the "spin factor." Upon what princple does this feature function, i.e., what is it supposed to ...

Re: GL Golf Beta Program
 Okay, Jake! I can handle the annoyance till then. Thanks for the information. Somehow I missed the fact that this was a Beta Program when I downloaded the 2.18. I'd have been somewhat prepared because I know that those are basically for finding out what needs fixing. I'm assuming...

ADDENDUM
Jako old sod, There has been an unfortunate development in the sound bug I reported recently: now I cannot get that monotonous tune that comes on automatically to quit the way I was able to before - by turning "Music On" then " hitting "Music Off" again. I now have to turn off all sound from my keyb...
