Make GL Golf look like the screenshots

How do I make GL Golf look like the screenshots 2 and 3 with the text around the edges? Is this possible on the Mac version?

Nope sorry, just the iPhone/iPad/iPod version

The new golf game im working on will have improved interfaces and should be more similar on both platforms
