Random Course and Instant Replay

When playing a random 18 hole game, if instant replay is used, the next hole is set to hole 0, and all holes after that will a) be that same hole and b) the hole number never increments, so the course never ends.

Thanks! I was trying to recreate the bug that made the random 18 holes start looping over hole 0, but I could never find it. I know where this is in the code so I'm sure it will be fixed in 2.04.
